All delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Delivery costs may vary depending on the product, quantity, destination, weight, dimensions, and applicable delivery service.
If items fall outside eligible categories or are heavier or bulky, the applicable delivery fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Times
We keep a wide range of our most popular products in stock at our Sydney distribution centre. For other items, we receive regular deliveries from our suppliers and generally dispatch orders as soon as stock becomes available.

If your cart contains a combination of Instant Ship, Regular Ship, and Made to Order products, we will generally send the items in one delivery based on the longest applicable product lead time.
Split deliveries may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our team if you would like to discuss split delivery options.
Important Notices
- Sale & peak periods. During major sale periods and peak times, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be extended due to higher order volumes.
- In Stock items. Some In Stock products have limited stock availability. If you order a quantity greater than the available stock, our team may contact you regarding the expected timeframe.
- Out of Stock products. We hold a wide range of stock and receive regular replenishment from suppliers. If we are unable to meet the advertised timeframe, we will contact you with an update.
Delivery Terms & Conditions

| Single Delivery Included | Standard delivery arrangements generally include a single delivery. Multiple or split deliveries may be available for an additional fee. |
| Remote Locations | Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may have delivery restrictions. Where direct delivery is unavailable, delivery may be arranged to the nearest suitable transport depot. |
| Transit Damage | Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives and check for any visible damage. Where possible, report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging. |
| Authority to Leave | If you provide authority for a delivery to be left without a signature, responsibility for loss or damage after the delivery has been confirmed may rest with the receiver, subject to your rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law. |
| Delivery Assistance | Drivers may deliver heavy or bulky products to the front entrance or another accessible point. Customers may need to arrange additional assistance from tradespeople or other persons to safely move products into the property. |
| Access Difficulties | Please notify us before delivery if there are access restrictions, narrow driveways, stairs, low-clearance areas, or other conditions that may prevent delivery. Additional delivery or redelivery fees may apply if the delivery vehicle is unable to safely access the property or complete the delivery. |
