Cutting & Assembly Instructions

For best results, use a compound mitre saw with an 80-tooth (or higher) multi-material blade.

1. Cut the bottom tray 3mm shorter than your desired length to accommodate end caps.
2. Cut the top grate 1mm shorter than the bottom tray for a smooth roll-in fit.
3. Drill the waste hole using the correct hole saw, positioned to align with your floor waste.
4. Insert end caps into the bottom tray and secure with silicone on the inside.
5. Apply silicone around the lip of the pop waste and fix it to the bottom tray.
